    Jason has been in the industry since 1993 and the real estate knowledge he has gained over the years extends across BC in a wide range of unique properties and land portfolios. Jason joined LandQuest® in 2000 as one of the original members who specializes in oceanfront. He credits his success to a work ethic ingrained in him since an early age and listening to the needs of his clients.

    With 8,896 acres of land including 58 kilometers of coastline marketed and sold in hundreds of transactions since joining LandQuest®, Jason is an industry leading expert in BC coastal communities stretching from the Southern Gulf to Haida Gwaii.

    All of this could not have been accomplished without being part of one of the best teams in real estate. Jason works in tandem with his brother Jamie and their personal assistant Jacinte Matterson, a former legal secretary.     Jason is a competitor, deal maker, world traveler, mariner and jack-of-all-trades who loves to play sports, and is a likable and kind person who loves to help. He volunteers as a director for the Powell River Salmon Society and has been a past director of the Powell River Economic Development Society. Jason has also been a Foster Parent for High Risk Youth and is currently involved with Supported Housing for people with mental illness.
