    Pacific Yachting is the voice of boating on the West Coast, it is the most trusted, well-read and bestselling boating magazine in Canada with 100,000 readers per month and distribution of 20,000.     Our information brochure including descriptive text, maps, plans, high resolution photography, aerial photos, history and area data, delivers the most comprehensive information in the industry to prospective buyers to help them in their decision to buy.

    The Islands Agriculture Show is the only agricultural trade show serving the farm and food community on Vancouver Island, the Coast and Gulf Islands. The show provides a venue for farmers, rural landowners, farm organizations, equipment dealers, service providers and the general public to learn, connect and engage. It is amazing how many people at this show tell us they have been on our web site for years.

    BC Cattlemen's Association AGM

    We attend the Cattleman’s AGM to make direct contact with our ranch clients and friends and make important new connections. The ranching industry is a very important part of our business, and we take it very seriously.


    New listings and listing updates are featured in our bi-weekly e-mail market update sent to our database that includes people around the world. It always causes a spike in web activity bringing people back to view our listings.


    For sale signs are a valuable part of our marketing program and not just in high traffic locations. LandQuest® signs have been recognized around the province for over 20 years and we constantly get feedback about the remote locations where people find them. We will discuss with you the most appropriate signage for your property and will put up signs only with your permission.


    We use Google Analytics to monitor the number of visitors viewing each property on our website. Analysing the traffic data allows us to track and evaluate the effectiveness of our marketing and pricing strategy. You will be given a weekly report showing the number of people who have looked at your property.
