    Experience

    John was first licensed as a REALTOR® in 1994, and at the same time was an owner of a real estate brokerage. He earned a broker/owner of the year award and many sales achievements. John marketed mainly new construction, subdivisions, resort and commercial developments. However, with a passion for rural and recreational property, John made this his area of expertise.     John has also worked as a professional ski racing coach and Program Director, taking him to over 50 ski areas in many countries. Winning, losing, caring and supporting are life skills learned from this career.

    Interests

    Travel around the world for business and pleasure has been a passion with 14 country stamps on John’s passport. Sailing in Mexico, around Vancouver Island and many lakes within the province added to the growing interest of being on the move.

    With these experiences, John became a bold cook, pushing his boundaries with charcuterie, home-made pasta, breads, sauces and complex flavourful dishes from his travels.

    The outdoors is where John and Delwyn want to be, along with their Irish Setter, Bronco.
