the gulf Islands, Dave has been involved in BC’s rural and remote property
market for decades. Having worked in forestry
and aviation across British Columbia, he is familiar with every region of the
province and enjoys working with residential and recreational properties of all
types.
As the founder and director of a non-profit society committed to seeing enhanced helicopter air ambulance services rural British Columbia, Dave spends much of his time promoting opportunities to improve public safety across the province. He is an avid fly fisher and supporter of the Pacific Salmon Foundation. He is comfortable discussing real estate in English, French, and Spanish and resides near Active Pass on Galiano Island.
