    Matt has successfully started up and operated an educational and cultural tour company both here in BC and also while living in Japan. His first real estate business venture was creating a web site and services that help match buyers to the perfect recreational property (Recreational Lifestyle).

    Having lived, worked, studied, skied, kayaked, hiked, biked and relaxed in and around recreational developments and areas his whole life, Matt understands the complexities and growing importance of these real estate assets in today’s economy and within our personal lives.
