Richard obtained a Diploma in Urban Land Economics, in Appraisal, from the University of British Columbia in 1975. His Professional Designations include Member of the Real Estate Institute of British Columbia R.I.B.C. and Fellow of the Real Estate Institute of Canada F.R.I.
