The lakefront setting adds substantial value to the property, attracting potential buyers seeking a serene and picturesque retreat. Lakefront properties generally have high demand and strong long-term appreciation potential.
The presence of a second suite on the property opens up the opportunity for additional income through short-term rentals like Airbnb. This potential for rental income can significantly boost the property's overall investment return.
By having both a primary residence and the option for short-term rentals, you create a diversified income stream. This helps to mitigate risk as income from different sources can balance out fluctuations in the rental market.
The excellent location of the property enhances its investment appeal. Properties situated in sought-after areas, such as popular tourist destinations or close to recreational activities, tend to experience more significant appreciation over time.
If the property is located in an area with high tourism and recreation demand, it can attract a steady flow of vacationers and travelers throughout the year. This demand increases the potential for rental income and makes the property an attractive investment.
