Uncompromising countryside living and the perfect property for horse lovers and hobby farm enthusiasts. Built in 1997 by the current owners, the 4,176 square foot residence was custom built with family in mind. Offering 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (including 2 en-suites), open concept kitchen/living room, and an oversized games room area, it is the perfect space to host gatherings and entertain guests.

The entire main floor is open and bright, with large windows providing both sunlight and beautiful views out over the surrounding property. The living room is centred around a brick fireplace and is the perfect setting to sit back and relax. On the main floor you will also find 3 bedrooms, including the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The lower level features the billiards room and another large living/TV room, centred also around a beautiful brick fireplace. Further down the hall is the hot tub room, with exit to the outside, as well as 2 additional bedrooms one of which is equipped with an en-suite washroom as well. The downstairs layout makes it suitable to be converted into an income generating secondary suite. Back upstairs and just off the kitchen is the attached 2-door garage, with room to easily fit 3 vehicles. Its spaciousness makes it an ideal workshop for mechanics, or anyone who likes to tinker with their toys.

The property itself is 10 acres and predominately flat, with fencing and cross fencing, making it ideal to house animals or be converted into a small hobby farm. The existing barn/storage structure has both water and electricity making it perfectly suited to house animals.

Located off of Highway 97, and only a 15 minutes’ drive from 100 Mile House the property is easily accessed with numerous options for local amenities; including grocery stores, gas stations, etc. The property is also conveniently situated close to Lac La Hache, as well as countless other lakes that offer some of the best fishing in North America.
