The large A-frame home is also very well built and offers three levels of living space with a four-piece bathroom. The A-frame portion is complete with a full kitchen, dining room n living area. The lodge also offers three bedrooms on the main level, two with king beds and one with a queen, this is in addition to the master bedroom on the second level which has a closet and king bed. There is also a queen bed for overflow in the main multipurpose room where the wood burning stove is and a double bed for overflow, teens etc. The third level is finished but left open for extra sleeping space or storage.
The lodge also has a large, locking storage room so owners can keep supplies and personal items locked up. The lodge is thoroughly insulated and is heated with numerous electric baseboard heaters as well as a wood burning fireplace in the covered deck area for the cooler mornings or winter days. The 900 ft2 covered deck has an impressive open, raised cedar beam ceiling and beautiful three directional views of the property and ocean.
Both the cottage and the Lodge are complete with satellite TV, filtered potable water, wireless Internet and cell phone reception.
The third building is a 1,080 ft2 cottage that is complete to lockup and is currently being used for storage. This building is also very well built using 8’ x 8’ cedar posts with 2’ x 8’ x 10’ bracing resting on 2’ x 2’ x 6” cement and rebar pads. The structure is built on blast rock which was cleared to bed rock.

BC Ferries services Denny Island and nearby Bella Bella. Pacific Coastal provides daily flights from Port Hardy and Vancouver. Northern Thunderbird Air offers charter services from Terrace. The Inside Passage surrounding Denny Island has many twists and turns.
