    White Moscow FSR - 28 km off Highway 93 (south of Canal Flats).

    BC Parks maintains the access year-round to White Moscow FSR. Owners have been using the property year-round for decades.


    Located at the northeast end of White Swan Lake. Take turn off to White Swan Lake Park off Highway 93 just south of Canal Flats. Drive approx. 28 km on a maintained gravel roads passed Lussier Hot Springs to White Moscow FSR, turn left and drive 1.2 kms to green gate on left.

At White Swan Park the shining waters of two mountain lakes, Whiteswan and Alces, and a natural hot springs are the focal points of Whiteswan Lake Provincial Park. The park consists of a few campgrounds, 3 boat launches, an historic lakeside hiking trail and abundant wildlife viewing opportunities. Visitors may watch a moose feeding in the fog-shrouded water of Alces Lake (Moose Lake), admire spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains and enjoy angling in some of the most productive lakes in the region for trophy rainbow trout. After a day in the backcountry or on the lake, relax in the soothing waters of Lussier Hot Springs located near the park entrance at km 17.5 on the Whiteswan Forest Service Road.

    In summer boating on White Swan Lake (no towing) offers stunning views of the towering mountains and the lake itself is known as one of the more productive fishing lakes in the region—excellent areas for fly fishing as well as several back county lakes and creeks to hit.
