    Sheridan Lake is 14 kilometres (9 miles) long, 4,098 acres in size with a mean depth of 7.6 metres (24.92 feet) at an elevation of approx. 1,115 metres (3,600 feet) and spring fed. It is stocked with and has a reputation as a producer of large rainbow trout it is also home to eastern brook trout.

    The Interlakes Area

    Sheridan Lake is located in the Interlakes area, which is well known for fantastic year- round and recreational outdoor activities including boating, swimming, hunting, fishing and camping. There are some 300 lakes in the area, most of them stocked with fish; also popular for ice fishing during winter. Many trails are excellent for horseback riding and access to the Sheridan Lake trails system is nearby.
