From 1996 to 2002 he was involved in the European
expansion of the No 1 real estate franchise system,
establishing more than 1000 offices in Europe.
Freddy has experience in several
markets like Germany, the Netherlands, Austria,
Norway, Spain and Switzerland. His ongoing marketing
efforts in these countries and his close connection
too many real estate agents in Europe, results in
sales month after month.
Freddy‘s extensive background and his personal
contacts in the European community give him a unique
position in the Canadian real estate industry.
Freddy holds a MBA degree in Real Estate Economics
from a German University.
In February 2009, Freddy signed a Cooperation
Contract with 3A Makler Netzwerk Blumenhauer in
Munich. This Cooperation is giving Freddy's sellers
exclusive exposure for the sale of their properties
in countries like Germany, Switzerland, Austria,
Spain and Malta. He sells motels, investment
properties, waterfronts, resorts, ranches, and
acreages throughout BC. He sells castles in Germany
and properties in the remote areas of BC.
Freddy and his daughter Linda work together to
connect the right buyers to their sellers
properties. Linda & Freddy are diligent on behalf of
their sellers while being sensitive to the buyer.
The results speak for themselves. 45% of their sales
are made with foreign buyers!
