Bruce comes from a family of original BC Pioneers. His grandmother was born in Vancouver in 1900. With over 35 years of real estate Sales, Management and Ownership Bruce has stepped out into the unique real estate world of LandQuest. Bruce has multiple roles here at LandQuest. As the Managing Broker he is responsible for all the listing and sales contracts that the office processes as well as supporting each of the LandQuest realtors when necessary. While Bruce looks after a select group of clients and friends that he has serviced since 1980 he also wants to establish himself as an expert in the LandQuest Realty method of selling Trophy real estate properties in BC.

Bruce has 35 years of real estate sales, management and ownership. Prior to joining LandQuest, Bruce’s focus in real estate has been to the Residential side which is single family residences and strata properties. Bruce has managed offices of more than 80 realtors and also in the past owned an office of more than 40 realtors.

Bruce is a patient skilled negotiator. He has taken courses in Mediation and Arbitration which have helped in his successful Real Estate activities. Bruce’s patience in the theatre of negotiating contracts is a real asset for his clients.
