Description : This is a beautiful large lakefront acreage located off the grid (no services). The property has had buildings in the past and some foundations remains. This is the only private property with frontage on Moses Lake, and it makes it seem like your own private lake. There was an airstrip constructed at some time in the past and could be re-activated. There are quite a few roads in the western portion of the parcel. There is now road access across Nataniko Creek to the east two thirds of the parcel.
Location : In the Cariboo equidistant from Prince George and Quesnel (approx. 90 km northwest of Quesnel near Blackwater on Batnuni Road. The property has frontage on Moses Lake.
Access : From the Lower Mainland take Highway 1 to Cache Creek and the follow Highway 97 north to Quesnel. Turn left off Highway 97 at Moffat in West Quesnel. Across the bridge take the Nazko turn (Nazko Highway) at 10.5 km turn right on Blackwater Road, follow approx. 57 km to fork in road. Veer left on Batnuni Road (at this point your are equidistant from Prince George and Quesnel) go 34 km further (or a total of 91 km from Quesnel), at this point there is a driveway to the right. This will take you up to a gate approx. 1 km from the main road. You are now at the south boundary (running east/west) and approx. in the middle of the south boundary. Follow the driveway north to Moses Lake and the building site. There is now good access across a bridge to the eastern portion of the property, this access is located about half way up the parcel.

Recreation : The region lends itself to every outdoor activity imaginable. Enjoy your favourite sport, like golf and tennis, or take to the wilderness for camping, eco-adventures, canoeing, sea kayaking, mountain biking, river rafting, sportfishing, hiking, horseback riding and gold panning - to name just a few!), which ascends to Panorama Ridge, Lonesome Lake Trail (31 km), the Junker Lake Trail (21 km), Rainbow Range Trail (16 km return), and a couple of others.
