With two outdoor adventure businesses in the area and a lack of accommodation the cabins are in high demand by mountain bikers, hikers and the horse crowd that regularly frequents the area – either in conjunction with a tour guide in the area or for independent travel. An owner could essentially be a busy as they desired and collect some revenue either from afar and use the property on and off for recreation or while living on the property year round. The current owners lived year round in the A frame for about 1.5 years and this is entirely possible.

Situated on 9.44 acres of mostly flat / gently sloping land this small ranch property contains 3 fully equipped cabins, an a frame house, bunkhouse, wash house, a number of additional outbuildings, 2 fenced corrals, fire pit, garden and stunning mtn views. The ideas and potential enjoyment is endless. The zoning and improvements would allow for an ambitious person to set up a more established campground and small resort.
