Matt has successfully started up and operated an educational and cultural tour company both here in BC and also while living in Japan. His first real estate business venture was creating a web site and services that help match buyers to the perfect recreational property www.recreationallifestyle.com, this site now serves as both a tool to collect info about what kind of property buyers are looking for and as an additional exposure tool for his client’s properties.

Having lived, worked, studied, skied, kayaked, hiked, biked and relaxed in and around recreational developments his whole life, Matt understands the complexities and growing importance of these real estate assets in today’s economy. While working with a commercial broker on large developments, rural properties and urban real estate, Matt acquired a well balanced background to serve his clients.
