Matt has successfully started up and operated an educational and cultural tour
company both here in BC and also while living in Japan. His first real estate

Having lived, worked, studied, skied, kayaked, hiked, biked and relaxed in and
around recreational developments his whole life, Matt understands the
complexities and growing importance of these real estate assets in today’s
economy. While working with a commercial broker on large developments, rural
properties and urban real estate, Matt acquired a well balanced background to
serve his clients. Matt credits his current and past mentors, instructors,
