In his spare time Fred enjoys hiking, canoeing, fly-fishing and cross-country skiing. He specializes in selling waterfront, acreages, ranches and recreational properties throughout the Southern Interior of British Columbia.

Fred has resided in British Columbia for most of his life. He graduated from West Vancouver High School then attended the University of British Columbia after which he pursued a career in banking for 13 years.

He obtained his Real Estate License in 1977 and his Agent’s License in 1979. He has sold real estate around British Columbia and has managed and owned real estate firms, both in the Vancouver and in the Okanagan continuously for over 30 years.

Prior to joining LandQuest Realty Corporation, Fred was Vice President of Sales for a large real estate company (Prudential Sussex Realty) with over 300 sales staff.

Within the Real Estate Industry, Fred has been a Director of both The Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver and the British Columbia Real Estate Association, and is a Past President of The Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Association. Fred has served on industry committees lobbying both the Provincial & Federal Governments on issues relating to real estate.
